Terms of Service

The content here is provided for general information. You may read, share and quote it with attribution, but you may not republish substantial parts, scrape it at scale or present it as your own work.

Each engagement is defined by a written proposal listing deliverables, reporting cadence and the towns, services or sectors in scope. Additional work is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before it starts.

• Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; project work is invoiced on agreed milestones.
• Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless stated otherwise.
• Late payment may pause active work and, where applicable, incur statutory interest.

Retainers run for an initial three-month foundation period, then continue on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' written notice on either side. Work delivered up to the end of the notice period remains payable.

• Provide timely access to your website, analytics, Google Business Profile and hosting.
• Review drafts and approvals within a reasonable time so timelines hold.
• Ensure content and imagery you supply is accurate and lawful to publish.

Search and AI-assistant rankings depend on factors outside any agency's control, including competitor activity and algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific positions, traffic volumes or revenue. We do commit to the agreed method, transparent monthly reporting and honest advice about what will not work.

On full payment, ownership of content, page copy and design files created specifically for you passes to you. We retain ownership of our internal frameworks, templates, audit processes and tooling, and may reference anonymised results as illustrative case studies unless you ask us not to.

Each party keeps the other's commercial information confidential and uses it only to deliver or receive the services. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
